Roadkill* Cook-off Rules

|
1. Recipe can contain any wild
game (deer, bear, turkey, boar, etc.)
If
wild game is unavailable, beef, pork, poultry, etc. may be used.
2. Participants must sign up
in the office and will receive
a
sign to be displayed on their campsite stating type of meat used.
3. Dish must be cooked on campsite.
4. Dishes will be judged 1:00pm
– 2:00pm at your campsite by campers.
5. Entrants must supply cups,
bowls, spoons, etc for tasting.
We
suggest 3oz bathroom paper cups, but the choice is yours.
You can expect to serve approximately 100 people.
6. Please bring your leftovers
to the Weenie Roast / Covered Dish Dinner at 3:00pm
7. Your secret is safe with us.
We will not ask you to share your recipe.
We
only want to know the type of meat used.
