Bubba-Q Cook-off Rules

WIN FREE CAMPING

Cook you favorite type of Barbecue. This is a SANDWICH type of Barbecue.
This is not ribs, half chickens, etc.
SCHEDULE:
Hey-Ride - 2:30pm
Bubba-Q Cook-off Judging - 3pm - 4pm
Pig Roast / Covered Dish Dinner 5pm
DJ/Karaoke with Tim the 'SOUL MAN' - 7PM

SVKOA's First Annual Bubba-Q Contest Is
Open To All Registered Campers.
All Registered Campers Will Judge This Event
                        FIRST PLACE WINNER -*Free Weekend of Camping at SVKOA
                       SECOND PLACE WINNER -*Free Night of Camping at SVKOA
                        * Free weekend and Free night cannot be used on any holiday.
                        Not good for Rental Campers or Kamping Kabins. Not good with any other discount or offer.

BUBBA-Q COOK-OFF RULES

                         
                       1. Campers must register at office to be eligible
                       2. Camper must supply a minimum of 10 lbs of Barbecue.
                       3. Barbecue must be cooked at campsite. If using a roast, etc., meat can be                               cooked at home, and then Barbecue assembled and cooked at campsite.
                       4. Barbecue can be made from any type of meat
                       5. Barbecue is to be judged 3pm - 4pm at your campsite
                       6. Entrant must supply cups, bowls, spoons, napkins etc for tasting
                              You can expect to serve approximately 100 people.
                              We suggest you use the 3oz bathroom disposable paper cups to serve in.
                       7. Trophies will be awarded at Karaoke intermission
